Psychotherapy, often referred to as trauma therapy, is a collective and structured form of treatment aimed at helping people with a broad range of emotional, psychological, and behavioural challenges. 

The treatment incorporates discussions and conversations between a trained mental health professional (therapist or counsellor) and a patient.

At Blossoming Minds Therapy, we offer a range of evidence-based psychotherapy approaches with a trauma-focused approach, including Cognitive-behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy,  Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based therapies, among others. Our therapists will work with you to determine which approach is best suited for your needs.
